NARRATIVE:
Lara Croft is a tomb raider travelling through jungles and rainforests to raid tombs. The gameplay is puzzle based and the user has to solve multiple puzzles and mysteries to get to the next level or unlock the next path. There are lots of obstacles and the 4 main enemies. Weapons such as spears of bow and arrows. ICONOGRAPHY: She is dressed with the traditional Lara Croft clothing: a top, shorts, combat boots and guns. However her body is more realistic and less sexualised . The setting is very similar to the old tomb raider games: temples, jungles, waterfalls and ancient buildings. CHARACTERS: The only characters is Lara Croft: an action here, adventurer and tomb raider. Her enemies are snakes, spiders, salamanders and mainly the venom queen who constantly tries to kill Lara. SETTING: Rainforest/ jungle style setting |
